All items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being received.

Items that are customised are made to order, and may take 5-7 business days to manufacture prior to shipping out.

We have a flat rate $10.00 shipping policy Australia wide.

If your order is over $100.00 shipping will be free.

Unfortunately, not at this time.

However, if you contact us at help@muttsandmore.com.au and ask really nicely, we may be able to still help you out and make an exception.

All items are sent insured and are covered for damage in transit.

Additionally, all items are checked for quality and photographed before being sent.

In the unlikely event your item/s arrive damaged, please take photos of how the they were received (including the postal packaging) and contact us at help@muttsandmore.com.au so we can assist you further.
